Technical Communication

  • Create, develop, and manage: content, user guides, installation guides, templates, tutorials, manuals, technical descriptions, “how-to” videos.
  • Working knowledge of open source applications such as Learning Management Software (LMS), WordPress, and GitHub.
  • Proofread, edit, and combine source material into concise user-facing documentation.
  • Design, develop, and edit internal and external documentation to support company’s vision, products, and public image.
  • Author and edit user-facing documentation of complex features such as blog posts, resumes, mobile presentations, QR codes, logos, business cards, pitch decks, and informational brochures.
  • Explain, communicate, and present complex details to c-suite audiences, seniors, healthcare professionals, and patients .
  • Advanced knowledge of and experience with Adobe InDesign, Illustrator,  Publisher, HTML, Jira, Windows 10, Mircosoft Word, Powerpoint and Excel, Google suite, content management systems.
  • Evaluate existing workflows, processes, supporting systems, and procedures; identify and create process improvements.
  • Ability to provide problem-solving resolution and quick troublshooting responses in a fast-paced environment.

Program Development, Delivery, and Coordination 

  • Design, develop, and deliver organizational strategies and practices that support your company’s mission, values and culture.
  • Develop project plans, establish new learning content, and monitor progression of milestones and deliverables.
  • Measure and report program outcomes against learning and business objectives.
  • Evaluate the quality of assigned programs and make and/or recommend improvements.
  • Provide support and assistance with mandatory training administration including reporting, monitoring completion and troubleshooting issues in partnership with compliance and external service providers.

Staff Development 

  • Develop, implement, and evaluate integrated self-directed development learning resources to enhance effectiveness and align to leadership development initiatives that cultivate a pipeline of future leaders.
  • Work with key stakeholders to understand new skills and/or behaviors required for optimal productivity.
  • Research and compile information to make recommendations to training strategies and solutions.
  • Provide one-on-one coaching to employees and leaders as appropriate.
  • Develop and implement employee survey tools to include associated focus groups, discussions and action planning when needed.
  • Create and maintain a library of team effectiveness interventions.

Organizational Development 

  • Design programs and initiatives that drive change management for high impact, strategically aligned to organizational-wide initiatives to maximize employee adoption and usage and minimize resistance.
  • Support organizational development initiatives that include efforts such as meeting/event design and associated facilitation/project management, employee engagement efforts, and team effectiveness facilitation support. This includes employee survey design, administration, and data interpretation (e.g., ad hoc questionnaires, including pulse surveys, culture evaluations, pre and post effectiveness measurements, etc).
  • Support training and interventions related to Diversity and Inclusion efforts.

Partnership and Network Development 

  • Stay relevant, identify and assess new methodologies, technologies, and trends in the area of adult learning; recommend changes to improve effectiveness and show value.
  • Proactively leverage technology, industry best practices, external networking, and alternative learning methods to continuously evolve with novel learning and development tools and activities.
  • Manage, coordinate, and support team cohesiveness with external support, subject matter experts, instructors, and technologists.
